3PX Focus Days

If you decide to come earlier or want to stay later, this is allowed (in discussion with your manager).
You are expected to work or take vacation days on the days that we don't have the Focus Days.
We will only book the hotel for 3 nights and provide a general estimation for the flight cost. For extra incurred costs, you might need to pay the surplus on the estimate.
Furthermore, chartered busses will only be organized on the recommended flights. You will need to organize your own transportation from and to the airport if you have a different flight.
Other costs will be at your own expense.

All travel arrangements and payments are done through CWT (travel provider), so there is no option to pay additional/partial surplus cost. In the unlikely event of having to spend more than the recommended flight cost for your country for your flights (due to stops, to ensure total saving per not staying at the hotel, etc…), you need to first align with your manager. Please do not forget that you are expected to pick the most frugal option.

We are organizing pick up service for the people who use the recommended flights.

Of course, please follow these steps:
1. Add their name to the quip
2. Have them book a flight in Concur when they join
3. Forward this page and all the previous communication about the event

The professional program will start on Wednesday morning and conclude Thursday evening. Please note that Friday is a normal working day (and travel) and you will need to work from Istanbul on Friday or take a day of vacation.
